Sometimes called Tarama, or Taramasalata, this rich, creamy, smoky dip is another of the more “high brow” drinking foods. Don’t be fooled by its sparkly rep and the fact that you have to shell out £14 on it at your local natty wine spot. It’s really easy and uses cheap ingredients to make something very elegant.
