How I Cook is a weekly newsletter by me, Ben Lippett. I’m a chef and recipe developer, based in London.

Every other week, on a Friday, I’ll send you a recipe for the weekend, straight into your inbox. Around the recipe I’ll be talking tips and tricks, techniques, flavours and giving away a few chef secrets.
We’ll cover things like how to use every part of a roast chicken, how to pick incredible produce, how to fillet a fish and cook it beautifully and when to use olive oil over butter.
We’ll even chat about what music to listen to while you cook, the best cookbooks to buy and maybe even what wine to drink too.
