The combination of very salty, funky anchovies with spicy sausage is about as good as surf and turf gets. Steak and lobster is for losers.

Salty, crunchy, spicy crostini with juicy tomatoes, come on. Get the beers on ice. 1 tin of Ortiz Anchovies will make 8-9 crostini. Don’t be shy with them, a whole fillet for each toast is the only way.
